Private beta. While the execution layer is being finished, running errands is limited to accounts on the company domain; anyone else gets a structured refusal instead of a run. Nothing on this page is a promise that this errand runs for your account today.

What this errand is for

Get the real interest rate, balance and minimum on every debt you owe — the numbers a payoff plan needs and almost nobody has written down.

What Hence does in the pilot

  1. List every debt you owe — one row each, balance and minimum payment only.
  2. Fill in the rate for each debt from its statement or online account.
  3. Check the two things a rate on a page does not tell you.
  4. Take the finished list to a payoff order.
Part of the errand, but not something Hence does for you here:
  • Call for any rate you still could not find, and get it confirmed out loud.

What you approve, and what you get

Nothing in this pilot is submitted on your behalf: every step reads, drafts or asks. What comes back:
  • The debt list as rows, one per debt, with creditor, kind, balance and minimum.
  • A screenshot per servicer of the statement page the rate was read from.
  • Promo end date and fixed-or-variable, per row, with the page they came from.
  • The completed list, handed back.
Screenshots and documents are referenced by the task rather than pasted into your assistant’s transcript.

Intents

The ways of asking that reach this errand:
  • find the interest rate on every debt I have
  • gather my APRs, balances and minimums
  • what am I paying on my debts
  • what order should I pay my debts in

Admission

Before it starts, it asks:
This is a gathering job, and it is the right one for most people with a few balances. Four situations make it the wrong one this week. Any of these you?
Say yes to any of these and it refuses:
  • I am being sued over one of these debts.
  • I cannot cover this month’s minimum payments.
  • EVERY debt I have is in collections or charged off.
  • These are my business’s debts, not mine personally.
Hard stops it will not work around:
  • An active debt lawsuit — that has a court date and beats this errand.
  • The household cannot cover this month’s minimums.
  • The debts belong to a business rather than to a person.

Required inputs

What it asks you for:
  • Date the promotional rate ends — a date, required.
What it reads off the account pages instead of asking:
  • Balance you owe — an amount, optional, one per row.
  • Who you owe — text, optional, one per row.
  • What kind of debt — one of a fixed list, optional, one per row.
  • Last 4 digits — text, optional, one per row.
  • Minimum payment — an amount, optional, one per row.
  • Promo rate ends — a date, optional, one per row.
  • Interest rate (APR) — a rate, optional, one per row.
  • Fixed or variable — one of a fixed list, optional, one per row.
  • Where this row stands — one of a fixed list, optional, one per row.

Published ceiling

DONE. The ceiling is the furthest outcome state this errand may reach. It is enforced in the runtime rather than advisory — see the four outcome states.
